LockdIn signs in with your phone number and an SMS code. If the code doesn't arrive, check that your number (with country code) is correct and try again after a minute. Still stuck? Email us with your number and we'll investigate.
Your circle is mutual: send a request from Circle → Add and they accept it (or vice versa). Contacts access is optional and only used to match phone numbers against existing users.
A day counts toward your streak when you complete at least one hour of focus. Your streak survives until a day ends with less than that.
Profile → Delete account removes your profile, sessions, circle connections, and invites permanently. Details in the privacy policy.
