• Leading development of customer‑facing software — an interface to control robot arms for inspection, painting and welding. Stores task history with full playback capability.
• Leading development of the company website end-to-end.

Transcripts team (built a 0 to 1 solution for providing real time transcripts of live-streamed third party events):

• Designed an AI-powered deduplication pipeline using LLMs (AWS Bedrock) to intelligently merge duplicate events at scale.
• Built LLM-based web scraping pipeline in Python to automatically enrich event metadata.
• Built RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI) serving the analyst portal, handling event lifecycle management end-to-end.
• Enforced a locking system to improve efficiency and track performance of analysts.

Address Authority Service team (responsible for handling customer addresses):

• Rewrote backend data pipeline in Java, switching from immutable RODB to mutable RocksDB (reducing database refresh time by ~75% since we no longer had to generate fresh databases for new input every time).
• Rewrote Integration Tests packages and Unit Tests to account for rehauled data workflow (Java, JUnit).
• Introduced a new attribute for addresses, Exception Dates, to keep track of places that are open/closed against convention.
• Migrated all of team's services to a new data encryption system (reduced seal/unseal latency, more scalable).
